Client, BuyerCapt. Bob is VERY informative and has EXCELLENT overall knowledge of Southwest FL, especially the South Golf Cove area. He had all the answers to my many questions and did his homework on each lot I was intersted in. I gave him a description of what I was looking for, and because of his many contacts, he promptly called me back with a “Sweetheart” deal that was a perfit fit!
